It runs on a private Swiss server with a dedicated Nvidia GPU, hosted month after month at Infomaniak in Geneva — deliberately separate from the large public inference farms. That hardware has a recurring cost, and for a long time keeping it on was the one thing standing between pastors and a tool that asked nothing of them.
